Hi there!  I'm Amanda - a foodie and lover of learning and nature.
I have to work hard at relaxing as it doesn't come easy to me!

I've been an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist with Dietitians Australia since 2014.

​
I started studying health and nutrition in 2007. It was a time in my life when I had also begun experiencing a range of my own health and gut issues. 
​
Learning the necessary diet and lifestyle changes needed to improve my health, ultimately resulted in my strong interest and speciality to help others also suffering with ​Irritable Bowel Syndrome, food intolerances and digestive distress.
