​Hello! My name is Amanda Moon and I'm an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Nutritionist and holistic health practitioner based in Adelaide, South Australia.  If you're wanting help to improve your diet, or change what you eat for symptom management, I'd be honoured to help you.

​I take consults 
in my Adelaide clinics and online for Australian and International clients.​

I started studying health and nutrition in 2007.  It was a time in my life when I had also begun experiencing a range of my own health issues.  Learning how to improve my health and how I felt through dietary changes, ultimately resulted in my strong interest and speciality of the conditions listed below.  These are what I really love helping people with, and I bring a wealth of personal experience to compliment my studies and clinical experience.

​If you would like to see me for any other reason, please get in touch to discuss. If I feel it's within my scope of practice, I will commit to supporting you, including through review of the research and best practice guidelines that are available. Or I can refer you to someone else.

​Note:
I am experienced in supporting babies and children for food allergies and intolerances, also for Vegan or Vegeterian diets. If your child needs support for anything else, I recommend you consult a Paediatric Dietitian.​
