​Hi,  I'm Amanda.  I'm so pleased you're here.  I'd be honoured to help you  :)

​I am a gut health Dietitian.  I love helping to relieve discomfort from conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), digestive issues and food intolerances, so that you can feel more confident and relaxed around food again, whilst feeling healthier and in control of your body.

Don't have noticeable gut health issues? Did you know that gut health influences the health of other organs and systems of our body.  By improving your gut's cellular health and function, I can also help relieve skin issues (such as eczema and psoriasis), metabolic conditions (including metabolic syndrome, diabetes, weight management), mood and mental health, cardiovascular health, ​fatigue and more.

10+ years experience
​Over 10 years of clinical experience supporting people of all ages to improve their nutrition, gut health, wellbeing and quality of life.​  Includes experience with complex, long-standing and multi-faceted conditions.

Guided by my own personal lived experiences of navigating a range of diet and health challenges - including IBS, food intolerances, fatigue, binge eating disorder.  I hold genuine empathy with a deep desire to help.

I am experienced in supporting babies and children for food allergies, intolerances and digestive issues, also for Vegan or Vegetarian diets. If your child needs support for anything else, please reach out to discuss your concern.​

​Consultations are online via Zoom Meetings or Skype for all Australian and International clients.​
