Nourishing you and baby...

Pregnancy & Postpartum Nutrition

A huge congratulations to you Mumma.  You're here because you're either growing your precious little babe on the inside, or they're already in your arms. Either way, the food you eat and the nutrition they receive now will help them to thrive and have their best start to life.

Your diet during pregnancy can significantly influence your experience during the different trimesters, including energy levels, risk for conditions such as Gestational Diabetes, management of reflux and constipation, concentration and mental clarity and the amount of weight you could gain.

There's a huge amount of recovery and energy support required after birth that you'll need the right fuel for too. Knowing what types of nourishing foods to pre-prepare or ask your support network for is extremely valuable.
