With access to unlimited recipes in books and online, how do you know which ones are worth using? I encourage you to prepare meals and snacks that are going to nourish you - offering a balance of carbs, proteins, fats and fibre PLUS the vitamins, minerals AND phytochemicals needed to help you feel your best every day and contribute to good health.
Nature knows how to best serve us! We are designed to eat whole and real foods and when we keep highly processed (and artificial) foods to a limit, our bodies are supported to function properly. This means good gut health, a strong immune system, balanced hormones, efficient liver detoxification, positive mental health, the ability to use stored body fat for fuel etc. I've searched the web for wholefood recipes to inspire and teach you to create tasty food no matter what your dietary needs are. Because I help people with various food intolerances and digestive issues, I recommend you stick to the standard recipes unless I have directed you otherwise. Please note that while I may personally know some of the authors, I am in no way affiliated with them, nor do I necessarily agree with any information on their sites - I'm simply sharing their recipe.
